We are delighted to have been re-awarded the prestigious Law Society’s Lexcel accreditation for 2021, in recognition of our excellent practice quality for client care, compliance and practice management. The accreditation sets the standard for:

  • client care;
  • risk management;
  • people management;
  • structure and strategy;
  • financial management;
  • information management;
  • file and case management.

The accreditation is awarded to only around 12% of legal practices in England and Wales.

The Lexcel assessor stated:

“It is clear from this assessment that Serious Injury Law Ltd continues to maintain an excellent Lexcel standard.
