Rooprai Spinal Trust

The Rooprai Spinal Trust is a charity dedicated to helping people affected by spinal injury.

Marrianne Rooprai is the inspiration for the Trust, which was set up by Marrianne and her partner. Marrianne was involved in a road accident that left her paralysed from the shoulders down.

The Rooprai Spinal Trust has helped Marrianne achieve many goals during rehabilitation, recently trialling the latest technological breakthrough for spinal injury, the eksoskeleton. Marrianne’s story is a humbling and inspiring one and we recommend that anybody who has been affected by a serious spinal injury should visit the Trust’s website.

The website owner of the site suffered a spinal injury, and has made available extensive information about some of the injury’s lesser-known effects.
